Texas Hill Country contemporary house is intimately tied to its sloped and oak tree filled surroundings.  The public spaces and some of the rooms overlook the outdoor living and pool while the Spanish Oaks pond and Hill Country vista acts as the backdrop.  The drastically sloped site allows habitable level of bedrooms and game room to be tucked under part of the main level and access to a lower yard.
